  Job Description
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in selling IT solutions to BSFI or FMCG verticals

Educational Qualification:
BE / B.Tech / B.SC / BCA. Preferable know on basic of Technologies like Internet, security, API's, RDBMS etc. MBA with specialization in Marketing is a must.

We are looking for IT Software/Hardware Solutions sales people. Experiences in ERP, CRM Software has added advantage.

Competences:

• Need to passionate to make his/her career in a Start up Software Co.
• Strong Will Power i.e. Never Say Die attitude. Aggressive, Ambitious and Agile to travel.
• Preferably a prior experience in selling Software Products at Area Manager or Territory Manager's level Position.
• Need to be from IT Software Solutions/IT Software Product/ IT Networking/Enterprise Solutions.
• Should have prior experience of heading a Area/Territory.
• Should have prior working experience under stiff targets.
• Sales Person should well versed in Yearly Sales Planning, Quarterly Planning, Weekly Planning, Daily Planning.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Market and Sales of Mobile Enterprise Applications with in his Territory.
• Build relationship with TOP management, for the customers in that Country.
• Build Alliance Partners relationship in the region.
• Very focused Sales approach.
• Adhere to corporate Sales Goals and Sales Policy.
• Over all Territory Target numbers to be achieved.
• Plan and achieve his targets from Annual, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly till up to Daily.
