Job Description
- Day to Day operational production support handling, data verification and log checking
- In case of an incident follow up with issues document the investigation and solution
- Produce High level Documentation and Reporting
- Coordination with Team members within the Infrastructure and Development Teams
- Implementation of monitoring applications, example Backup, Telephony, MOM
- Communication with internal key business stake holders and external vendors (English/Japanese)
- Writing test cases and thorough application testing in Test environment and schedule for promotion to Production via Change Management
- Sound knowledge of scripting for banking operations
- Roll out training with complete documentation for Operators
Required Skills
- Knowledge of basic Windows and/or Unix scripting
- Understanding of Relational databases
- Sound knowledge of Monitoring tools such as - Backup, MOM, Telephony etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and team player
