IT Support Engineers (MNC / Corporate support)
Foreign candidates (especially from Malaysia and Indonesia) with the relevant experience and is available for an interview in Singapore are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
1) To provide first and second level end-user IT support (including PC/network/server/standard applications support and troubleshooting).
2) To escalate specific requests to next level for immediate attention and resolutions.
3) To log and follow up on outstanding cases.
4) To support IT Project implementations, as when required
Job Requirements:
1) At least ITE or Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
2) Min. 6 months of IT Support experience. "O" and "A" Level Holders or Fresh graduates with strong IT troubleshooting skill are welcome to apply.
3) Good troubleshooting knowledge in PCs, Notebook, LAN and MS Office software.
4) Knowledge in Lotus Notes will be an added advantage.
5) Possess positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude.
6) Must be customer oriented and comfortable talking to people at all levels.
