Responsibilities :
• To perform system checking on PC hardware and software
• To perform checking on PC / Printer hardware configuration and settings
• To document Window OS / Internet Explorer / Mozilla / MS Office license and version
• To check on PC / Printer connection and LAN configuration and IP settings
• To check and collect data on software install on PC
• To Assist audit team to collect IT infrastructure information to generate audit reports
• To provide technical assistance on the customer inquiries.
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): Strong technical and hands-on experience in MS OS , MS Office , Internet Explorer, corporate anti-virus solutions and LAN and WAN networking.
• Preferred skill(s): CCNA, MCSE, certified system engineer/administrator.
• Able to work under pressure, independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work irregular hours at times.
• Candidate must be willing to be stationed at the customer site.
• Good command of both spoken and written English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start work on 2 June 2008
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
