This interesting and challenging role is to project manage the provision and integration of various services in traffic management.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
1- Relevant Degree qualifications in systems engineering or other relevant profession.
2- Experience in Information and Communications Systems requirements specification, design and development, preferably within technical operations or a spatial applications environment.
3- Experience in aspects of contract and supplier management in a technical environment.
4- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage small teams of professional and technical staff in a customer focused environment.
5- High-level communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to deal tactfully with people at all levels, including internal and external stakeholders.
6- Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and organise work effectively, operating across multiple priorities.
7- Knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems in general and of Incident Management Systems in particular.
8- Ensure security policies and methodologies are consistently implemented in project development, operational activities, administration activities and associated processes and procedures.
