Process Analyst and System Implementer: responsible for the analysis of current business processes, defining recommendations for future improvement and working closely with system experts to configure and fully implement the new processes and supporting IT system. Usually with deep process domain expertise, this person applies business process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to achieve process and system modernisation and implementation projects.
* A clear understanding of the functions of major financial modules, eg AP, AR, GL, PO - from a functional perspective. Or previous
experience of working in an accountancy function.
* Experience of at least one financial life cycle
* Familiarity with financial practices in medium to large organisations
* Experience or familiarity of working with at least one market leading financial application
* Experience of multiple end-to-end system implementation and re-engineering projects.
* Understanding and proven application of process reengineering methodologies and approaches.
This includes experience in business process design (running requirements and process design workshops):-
* Understanding of organisational change management concepts.
* Proven client and team leadership experience
* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
* At least 2 years of working on process change projects.
