We are a team of 30 persons from Germany, China, France, Turkey, Finland and Switzerland.
Since we are all quite young - average age is 26 - you shouldn't be too old either.

What we do:
We set up different types of web communities for a fairly large number of users (1.000.000+).
Depending on your position you will help us either developing the website itself (programmer), or designing the layout and applications (designer), or creating an audio-/video chat system (Flash expert).

General Requirements:
* Team player, independent thinking, flexible
* At least 3 years experience in the requested field
* Be able to work simultaneously on multiple tasks while dealing with changing priority and criticality
* Fluent English
* BS/MS degree in the requested field
* Examples of previous work is a prerequisite for the interview
JavaScript Expert:
* Extensive experience with X/HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XMLHttp, and DOM API
* A strong working knowledge developing cross-browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) dynamic web applications
* Knowledge in CSS, DHTML is a plus
