We are a team of 30 persons from Germany, China, France, Turkey, Finland and Switzerland.
Since we are all quite young - average age is 26 - you shouldn't be too old either.

What we do:
We set up different types of web communities for a fairly large number of users (1.000.000+).
Depending on your position you will help us either developing the website itself (programmer), or designing the layout and applications (designer), or creating an audio-/video chat system (Flash expert).

Required skills:
* 3+ years work experience in Linux System Administration.
* Bash, TCP/IP, Apache2, Network Load Balancing.
Additional skills considered plus:
* Postgre SQL, MySQL, Kernel Tuning,
* Network Security, IOS, SLES9, Squid and
* Windows Active Directory and Exchange Server.
Your tasks would include administration of our server farms (up to 25 servers per website), maintenance of operating systems and security issues, updates and building custom binaries.
We don't want lifeless working machines nor expect flawless work, but we do expect you to do your absolute best and work hard for a common goal.
