We are a team of 30 persons from Germany, China, France, Turkey, Finland and Switzerland.
Since we are all quite young - average age is 26 - you shouldn't be too old either.

What we do:
We set up different types of web communities for a fairly large number of users (1.000.000+).
Depending on your position you will help us either developing the website itself (programmer), or designing the layout and applications (designer), or creating an audio-/video chat system (Flash expert).

This person will be responsibilities for re-factoring existing code-base and implementing new models.
The person will need to work directly with end users to gather requirements for new features and troubleshoot existing problems.
Individual must be a fast learner, very analytical, results oriented, able to manage multiple projects, and able to communicate effectively.

* Deep knowledge in UML, Design Pattern, OOP, C++
* sound knowledge in PHP and SQL
* BS degree in Computer Science
* at least 3 years experience
