Description
--This position is responsible for providing application and technical support across the business for Manufacturing Execution systems.
--Perform System Administrator duties including determining, granting, monitoring and managing user access levels.
--Support compliance activities, including coordinating the quarterly and biannual SOX systems review
--Manage help desk incidents including confirming, researching, diagnosing, and resolving client issues.
--Lead new technology and system enhancement initiatives and design custom web applications.
Person Specification:
--Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or hold relevant certifications, and will have a number of years relevant work experience.
--Previous experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment is highly desirable, knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory Requirements, FDA and ISO standards would also be an advantage.
--Possess excellent communication, problem solving, leadership and organisational skills. Have the ability to lead projects, and work as part of a team.
