* At least 3 years post graduate J2EE experience in a development role.
* Estimating development time for Build Tasks
* Translate high level business requirements into technical reality.
* Must have worked through at least 1 full software product development life-cycles
Prior working experience on Financial / Payment Applications would be an advantage.
