The successful Oracle DBA will have the following:
--Several years of experience working with Oracle databases
--Predominant experience with Oracle 10g
--Some lesser experience working with or supporting Oracle 11i
--Great communication skills and a comfort with stakeholder management
The job responsibilities include:
--Supporting, investigating, troubleshooting and optimizing Oracle databases
--Support of a large 11i (version 11.5.10.2) system built on Oracle 10g database (4 node RAC setup) with full integration with ---Oracle 10g Application Server.
--Documenting resolutions and best practices
--Mentoring junior database administrators
