Strong Developers and Designers who are highly experienced in using Struts, Spring, Hibernate, iBatis can do Class modelling, use case realization, DAO implementation design and
development have been using automated build and quality checking tools (Maven, ant, XDoclet, JUnit, junitPerf) using any IDE Jdeveloper is preferable to us and we use Oracle Application Server heavily.
Knowledge of all J2EE design patterns and knowledge of leading frameworks is essential.
Typically the experience will range between 5 to 8 years.
