RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Actively participate in requirement gathering, decision making and technical implementation.
* Work closely with Development Managers, Architects, Project managers and other team members in addressing technical issues.
* Develop and Implement systems based on the common framework schema standards.
* Implements appropriate solutions to problems with minimal guidance and little direct supervision
* Collaborate with other Software Engineers and Sr. Software Engineers to achieve common business goals
* Work independently and take ownership and accountability for software implemented.
* Provide day to day leadership of small project teams to ensure development projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the quality levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong analytical and coding skills.
* Able to grasp new technologies quickly
* At least 3 years of software development experience
* Skills : Spring, Hibernate, SQL server, OOAD
