The .NET Application Developer is responsible for developing applications on the .NET platform. These can include web applications, web services, and windows applications.
* Must have skills in either VB.NET or C#.
* Must understand and have worked in the full development life cycle.
* Must have an attention to detail and strong writing and verbal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Essential duties and responsibilities of the .NET Application Developer include, but are not limited to the following:
* Developing .NET Applications
* Writing and executing Unit Test Plans based on functional system requirements
* Building deployment packages
* Writing technical documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
A .NET Application Developer needs to display confidence and competency in the areas of technical writing and support.
A .NET Application Developer is required to have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferably a college education.
* Demonstrable ability to write technical documentation a must.
* Preferably 2 years experience in developing applications on the .NET platform.
* Experience with software deployment packages, such as Wise or InstallBuilder, is a plus.
* Any Workflow and/or Document, Records, or Content Management training or experience is a plus.
* Any experience developing secure software, or developing in complex enterprise environments is a plus.
