Position Description:
Special Duties/Job Function:·
. Will be part of the Customer Support Application team in Pune.
· Analysis, design, code, test, document process development.
· Remedy ARS Development – Development according to general or detail programming specifications.
· Provide support to Customer Support Application 24X7
· Work successfully in a multi-team global environment
· Commitment to providing excellent internal customer service
. And taking ownership of issues impacting internal and external applications
· Understanding of external customer support organizations a plus.
Position Requirements:
Desired Skills:
· 2 Years IT development experience, should include Remedy AR development experience.
· Application support/administration experience
· Familiarity with the systems development life cycle
· Experience with one or more object oriented/rapid GUI building
. Technologies including VB, Java, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL and HTML
· Experience working with Oracle, Microsoft and IBM database platforms in HP UNIX, Sun Solaris,
. AIX or Microsoft operating environments.
· Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and environments
· Ability to adjust schedule on occasion based on project needs .
Special Qualifications:
