MANDATORY Requirements:
1. A minimum of four (4) years experience developing test plans, developing
test scripts, testing application software and documenting defects.
2. A minimum of three (3) years experience developing and executing
automated regression and performance test scripts.
3. A minimum of two (2) years experience developing and executing
automated regression test scripts using Rational Functional Tester with J2EE
applications.
DESIRABLE Experience:
1. Experience installing, implementing, administering and executing Rational
Functional and Performance Tester.
2. Experience manually testing software application including ad-hoc
(non-scripted) testing.
3. Experience translating business rules and system documentation into test
conditions and test cases.
4. Experience in developing applications in a J2EE application server
environment.
