This Project manager is Responsible for the following activities:
* Oversee all vendor and workstream efforts
* Attend weekly quality assurance team meetings, weekly project management
meetings and Conduct weekly workstream lead meetings
* Monitor project progress within all workstreams and report overall project progress
against baseline project plan
* Identify potential risks and issues within all workstreams and Review solutions to
potential risks and issues.
* Perform first review of all workstream escalation issues and deliverables
* Report status weekly to the project executive
* Identify and/or escalate potential project lags, issues and risks
* Maintain project schedule weekly
Desired Experience:
* Experience in K-12 education environment
* Experience with several large (andlt;$40 million) COTS implementation
* Ability to gain an understanding of full potential of project and its impact upon
across all lines of business
