* Your primary responsibility is to provide technical leadership to the project team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the architecture of innovative IT-solutions.
* Overseeing the development and implementation tasks of IT solutions, you work with your multi-disciplinary, international team and facilitate workshops and client meetings.
* You require Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in the design and implementation of IT-solutions in the area of system integration, customization, package implementation, and/or interactive design.
* Work experience in a consultancy or related client-facing environment
* Experience in multi-threading, concurrency, serialization, messaging and performance tuning of applications, with specific expertise with Core Java,Winforms, EJB, RMI, SWING, SPRING.
* Experiences with software development processes and methodologies such as RUP, XP, UML Extensive knowledge in object-oriented software development such as Java and/or C/C++ and relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server and/or IBM DB2)
