Minimum MCSE
Must have previous help desk experience (1 year min)
Experience with Windows 9x, NT, 2K, XP in networked environments.
Experience with hardware - Building and upgrading PC's
Installation and configuration of O/S software
Basic PC troubleshooting skills
Experience with use and configuration of software packages including MS Office Suite, web browsers, mail clients and antivirius software.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable providing support either by helpdesk or in the field.
Excited by the opportunity to work with the latest technology.
Completion of post-secondary education program in the field of information technology.
