• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Learn and understand company business processes to the depth needed
to effectively verify associated requirements
• Able to quickly and efficiently create effective test scenarios that
balance effective test coverage with vital time to market constraints.
• Understand common software failures and faults
• Highly desirable to have knowledge of the system or
application-under-test or similar systems.
• Experience in a variety of testing efforts
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Broad knowledge of hardware and software installation and setup a
• Highly desirable to have experience and success with the use of test
automation and management tools.
• Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writings, must be
able to prepare clear concise and accurate documentation reports of
work performed and other written materials
• Work corroboratively and effectively as a team member
• Experience in using the Unified Process or similar test approach
Minimum requirements
• Grade 12 plus degree (Bsc, Btech)
• 3 or more years solid testing experience, Worked with Use Cases
• Have an IT development background.
