* The PeopleSoft ERP Developer will be responsible for configuring and supporting internal PeopleSoft Financials and HR Applications.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with users in Finance to support financial processing at the client site (70% of total time).
* Interact with users in Strategic Growth to support base HR- and base benefits- related processing at the client site (30% of total time).
* Coordinate requirements gathering, design solutions, write functional/technical specifications, develop code, and test enhancements to PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications.
* Research and resolve system problems with PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications.
* Provide training and ongoing support to PeopleSoft end users
* Meet with users to effectively gauge their business needs and gain a deeper understanding of the use of PeopleSoft applications
Responsibilities:
* Three or more years of experience with PeopleTools, SQR, SQL, and Crystal Reports, with at least one year in version 8.x required.
* Experience working with one or more PeoleSoft Financials General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Billing, Expenses, or Purchase Order modules is required.
* Experience working with one or more PeopleSoft HR base benefits; base HR is a plus.
* Bachelor*s degree in computer science or related field required.
* Strong PeopleSoft 8.8 configuration and customization skills required.
* The candidate should be detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills and desire to learn.
* Ability to develop creative solutions and problem-solve are integral skills for this position.
