* Identifies, designs and oversees systems and processes for Design
Department
* Communicates project parameters and goals to assigned designers,
providing a good understanding of requirements and objectives
* Ensures design solutions *fit* the brand, the business objective, and
the desired user experience
* Stays abreast of new web design technologies and
teaches/communicates those to the rest of the organization
* Works well with Ad Agency partners, and is able to build good
relationships with Ad Agency Creative Directors
* Demonstrates ability to translate brand essence and brand goals into
the interactive experience
* Demonstrates ability to present comps and concepts to clients in formal as well as informal settings
