Job Title: SAP Solution Manager Administrator
Overview of Position: Solution Manager Administrator expected to work with Basis and functional areas to roll out the various tools within the Solution Manager product to the project teams/user community within the company in the most effective way possible
Essential Functions: Skilled in Following Areas:
- Installation of SAP Solution Manager v7
- Configuration of Solution Manager functional areas including:
- Change Request Management
- Solution Monitoring
- Root Cause Analysis
- Service Delivery
- Service Desk
- Project Management
Skill/Experience Requirements: Candidate should have:
2+ years administering SAP Solution Manager
5+ years of SAP Basis or equivalent experience
Experience with Solution Manager integration of 3rd party products including Quality Center
