* The ideal candidate will be an experienced consultant capable of designing and implementing performance testing methodology using Mercury's LoadRunner tool.
* The ideal candidate will also be able to assess complex situations and both provide and document a comprehensive plan of attack for testing applications for our clients, leveraging skills and expertise with a professional, consultative approach.
Position requirements:
* 2 to 3 years of professional experience, including 1 year of performance testing experience using Mercury's LoadRunner tool and prior consulting experience
* Demonstrated LoadRunner scripting and scenario-creation capability
* Experience and demonstrated competency designing and implementing performance testing best practices including requirements analysis, scoping and estimation, planning, test strategy formation, development, execution, results analysis, root cause analysis, and reporting.
* Experience designing and implementing complex performance testing environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements and translating these into technical work product
