  Job Description
Training Manager/ Training Project Manager (TNA) Training Manager/ Training Project Manager required to lead the delivery of major training projects alongside Business Change Programmes and Application Integration projects. My client is currently implementing large-scale systems across business for major Blue chip clients. They are looking for someone to lead training teams and deliver training to internal and external delegates in line with the ongoing business change. An example of a project might be the implementation or upgrade of a major SAP, Oracle or bespoke developed system. The training Manger will work with business and stakeholders to develop a training Strategy (Training Needs Analysis, TNA) and lead the delivery of this across the business. This will be a mixture of delivering training and team, resource and budget management, full lifecycle, depending on size and scale of project. The ideal candidate will be very used to this type of engagement and be flexible in terms of approach working to recognised training methodologies. Any training product experience highly desirable also (UKP, RWD, Assima etc).
