* Service Delivery Manager required to work on site at major Financial Services companies, including Investment banks.
* The ideal candidate will have experience with internal and 3rd party departments ensuring successful delivery and adherence to agreed documentation of a large number of IT implementation/ integration/ EAI projects – highly applications focused.
* You will have solid experience of IT application delivery around ITIL.
* Strong communication skills essential as role also includes liaising to director level and leading presentations.
* A proactive approach to customer management and experience documenting task success/ failure and subsequent analysis and evaluation essential.
* ITIL qualification a must.
