Responsibilities
* Oversee the Division's Infrastructure upgrade program which is made up of several projects led by various project managers, who will report to the Program Director.
* Work with the rest of the division to develop the program and various sub-track plans to ensure minimal impact on on-going or planned implementations.
* Manage vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services as defined in the contract.
* Ensure that the deliverables are in accordance with the specifications stated in the contract and completed on schedule.
* Undertake full responsibility for the quality of work produced by his team and ensuring that they are carried out within the policies and guidelines.
* Manage the various sub-track project managers to ensure proper and quality execution of the various sub-tracks and to address all inter-dependencies between tracks and on-going projects or planned projects.
* At the start of the program, establish the program charter and the program management plan for AB's approval.
* Manage the entire RFP and tender process related to this program until they are successfully awarded.
* Track and provide timely progress updates to the AB on a regular basis and highlight issues that requires AB's direction or decide.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or Information Systems or at least 10 years experience for non-degree holders.
* At least 10 years in IT Infrastructure management, preferably in healthcare industry. Of which, at least 8 year's experience in project management in IT projects, preferably in big scale IT Infrastructure implementation.
* Ability to manage an enterprise-wide project.
* Ability to understand business requirements and administrative processes of large organizations, and the potential of ICT for achieving organizational change.
* Ability to develop clear goals that are consistent with agreed strategies, and identify priority activities and assignments.
