Requirements:
- Degree in Business IT or related studies.
- 3 years experience handling global project coordination and management for CRM Relational Database systems.
- Strong understanding of Relational Database concept.
- A Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Systemic and analytical.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Work Scope:
- Assist in project management (software deployment).
- Engage in business process analysis.
- Support business intelligent in metrics and dashboard from CRM database.
- Act as a point of Regional Data Quality and Governance.
- Contribute to global data integrity and enrichment initatives.
- Monitor and measure regional data's quality.
- Liaise with various depts on the maintenance of database.
- Manage project across regions which includes data migration, user acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance.
- Resolve intra-region conflicts pertaining to data issues.
