Job Responsibilities:
* Accountable for a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) or a SME to coordinate the design, development, implementation and support of business and/or technical information technology enabled solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies.
* Responsible for the overall delivery solution based on a client's business requirements.
* May work with executives and customer organization to formulate enterprise-wide business and/or information technology enabled product and/or service strategies.
* Apply industry and enterprise knowledge to identify and recommend integrated solutions, products and services to support the enterprise's accomplishments of business goals or technical needs.
* Translate client and organizational objectives and critical success factors into actionable business, organization and technology strategies.
* Following project/program management guidelines, lead others in the definition of project scope, plans and deliverables including cost models and proposed implementation dates.
* Research, analyse, recommend and implement new technologies, standard processes, tools and techniques.
* Create business process and/or information technology plans based on an understanding of the customer's organizational strategic direction, technology context and business needs.
* Review business process and/or technical solution designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies.
* Assist in presentation of business process and/or technical solution to client with Sales Executives and Client Executives.
* Works with Sales Executives and Client Executives to qualify and quantify new opportunities.
* Mentor others on the application of new technologies, appropriate project management and system development methodologies.
* Provide solution support for Business office through participation in proposals.
* Work towards effective transition and communicate all delivery aspects of the project to Client Delivery Executives, Program/Project Managers and delivery resources.
Job Requirements:
* Possess Degree in related field.
* Prefer candidate from vendor environment .
* 10 years direct involvement in project implementation
* 5 years in multi-tiers solution architecture design and implementation
* 8 years experience in system integration design and implementation
* Must have system integration and EAI design and implementation design across at least two platforms (e.g. IBM mainframe, Sun Solaris, IBM pSeries, Linux, Windows, etc).
* Good communication skills.
