* Responsible for the support and installation of the company's core product, visiting client sites to install and integrate intelligent productivity software into plant machinery and production systems.
* Provide the first and second level support services.
Mandatory Skills :-
* Electrical Engineering Degree;
* Machine manufacturing or systems integration company with 3-5 yrs of field tested exp;
* Exp in industrial electrical controls in a manufacturing environment;
* Strong communication and diagnostic skills;
* Customer service and trouble shooting skills Microsoft Office (Excel is a must);
* Visio;
* Electrical drawings, bar-coding and business systems
* Knowledge of C++, OEM machinery, packaging, wiring, machine start-up, and panel-building exp are assets.
