  Job Description
Accountabilities:

- Agent between project team, functional management and project sponsor
- Facilitate the definition of project objectives and scope
- Manage multiple cross functional teams simultaneously to deliver on project objectives and scope
- Turns project issues into organization learning, leading to capability building
- Facilitates risk management activities across the product project portfolio Provides "full view" of projects from beginning to end to support business decision making
- Manages project team members assigned project activities, tracks progress and works with department managers on team performance management
- Manages project communications between departments

Key Tasks:

- Plans timing of tasks Defines detailed Project scope
- Produces Project deliverables through directing
- Team Leads Manages lessons learned process for product projects
- Identifies Project Risks and determines appropriate mitigation steps
- Executes Projects in accordance with PMO guidelines
- Ensures Projects meet goals and expectations of Sponsor and stakeholders
- Identifies Project roadblocks Expends resources in executing Projects
