Job Description:
* Customer business requirement analysis; Assist and participate in pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities to provide supports and professional services to clients according to client requirements.
* Build good relationship with clients and well understand customers' needs and HR requirements. Provide best payroll BPO solutions to clients.
* Strong client management skills.
* Maintain on-going payroll service to clients with necessary improvements and enhancement under help of technical team.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or above.
* At least 3 years experience in HR consulting with solid knowledge on HR/payroll management and local benefit regulations.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-activated with strong motivation working with the core team.
* Be willing to work under reasonable challenge and pressures
* Excellent in both English and Mandarin(spoken and written)
