• Providing HR/payroll system solutions and professional services to clients.
• Assist in pre-sales or sales activities with supports to clients according to client requirements.
• Understand customers¡ needs and HR business requirements. Customer business requirement analysis;
• Work well with product development team to meet clients' specifications.
• Payroll system implementation and training for clients.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or relevant areas.
• At least 3 years experience in ERP/SAP HR implementations and thorough
• Understanding of implementation cycles and deliveries, involved in at least 3 full-cycle projects.
• Consulting experience in HR module is a plus.
• Have good understanding of SAP HR functions and be able to conduct configuration on HR/payroll modules.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-activated with strong motivation working with the core team.
• Be willing to work under reasonable challenge and pressures.
