1. Answering calls from users for those related to Trouble, Request or Consultation
2. Resolve the trouble reported by the users efficiently in timely manner
3. Logs/Raise incident/request tickets and update them in Desktop application.
4. Escalation of user requirement / trouble to Local / Regional / Global support team, if required
5. Timely and efficient execution of Infrastructure related projects assigned 6. Preparation of documentation related to Infrastructure / Application installation, configuration and the usage
7. Negotiation and Coordination with Vendor for Infrastructure related user requirements
8. Maintain Japanese OS Windows2000/XP + vendor application, MS patch/Application installation and trouble fix
9. arrange/coordinate/support infrastructure change/request via standard tools working with local/regional counter part ? ChangeandUser request / AppandTool distribution / Desk move in the office / back-end infrastructure changes not only for desktop but also other tower products, e.g. network/voice/server/etc,
Essential Skills Operating System:
- over 3+ years experiences in Implementation / Administration / Maintenance of PC OS, Windows2000/XP and other Microsoft Product knowledge ?
- ADS/SMS Desktop Hardware: Dell for Desktop and Laptop, Canon MFP, HP and Xerox for Printer User Support:
- 2-3 years of Experience in supporting end users with good communication; Desktop, Laptop and the IT related equipments support such as build up/deploy PC's, replacement, upgrade and Printer, etc..
Language Level Japanese: native, English: business
