Key Objectives
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal staff and project development teams.
* Key Accountabilities Ensure timely resolution of internal support requests.
* Carry out daily backup procedures.
* Ensure desktop standards are enforced.
* Provide technical support for internal systems to minimise downtime.
* Produce procedures and work instructions for common issues.
* Research and develop improvements to the IT infrastructure.
* Candidate Profile Education and training:
* Degree level or equivalent
Knowledge and skills:
* Mandatory Strong Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP PC and Laptop hardware LAN Skills MS Office
* Desirable Lotus Notes Desktop Active Directory UNIX Admin
Experience:
