Role Description:-
--- Responding to service calls on clients based in Dublin and surrounding areas.
--- Installing and troubleshooting hardware devices, specifically a wide range of printer makes and models.
--- Identifying new opportunities to develop service contracts for the service division.
Essential Skills:-
o Minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant experience from a similar industry sector required
o One of these vacancies requires a minimum of 3 years relevant experience on printer hardware, particularly HP
product range.
o Printer repair and an understanding of process is essential.
o Printer driver and connectivity experience is essential.
o Capability of printer connectivity onto Networks
o Some PC hardware/software experience required.
o Relevant training course/certification is highly desirable.
o Flexibility and commitment to work outside of normal working hours is required
o Excellent customer service and client interfacing skills essential.
o Good interpersonal and communication skills sought.
