--A Senior Support Analyst / Client Account Manager with 3-5 years commercial experience, some Oracle support knowledge, and at least 12 months Financial Markets exposure, is required by this US Software House

--Individuals should have excellent client relationship skills and be able to handle a variety of support-related requirements from a high-profile Investment Banking client base.

--Candidates should also be able to display the analytical and client-facing skills to determine user requirements and help translate this into ideas for further product developments.

--Individuals will also be responsible for more complex client issues such as systems integration etc.
