Desired Profile :
* We are looking for graduates with 2 to 10 years of hands on experience in implementing CMM / CMMi in a Level 4 or Level 5 organizations.
* Experience in SEPG, Quality Assurance and audits, collation and analysis of metrics is a pre-requisite.
* Candidates with CSQA certification and exposure to delivery and quality systems experience may also apply.
* Those with PMP, CSQA, CSTE certifications and exposure to metrics, estimation, capability development, industrialization, offshore mobilization and global outsourcing roles will be preferred.
* First class graduates/ post graduates in quality or statistics from reputed institutes may also apply as entry-level process consultants.
* The candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
