--The successful applicant must have at least 10 years experience in software design, with significant and demonstrable success in leading projects that involve significant customer interfacing.
--Experience with Microsoft Visual C/C++ in real time industrial application environments is essential.
--The person must also show the ability to manage customer relationships as well as guide internal resources.
--The position demands a high level of quality in the design, writing and management of software projects that incorporate a range of internal and external software applications.
