Primary Skills (essential)
• 3 to 5 years of overall technology experience of which 2+ years in support of enterprise applications
• Proficiency with relational DB systems design, VB, VB Script, COM/DCOM, .NET, ASP, SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Back Office specifically, SQL Server and IIS
• Background in client server architecture, legacy systems, systems integration
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in an organization and handle their support related queries/ issues
• Ability to work productively in a dynamic deadline-driven environment, independently and as part of a team
• Ability to clearly document and verbally explain an issue
Secondary skills (Desirable)
• Experience of programming in XML, DHTML
• Previous experience in working with an enterprise CRM package
• Exposure to Oracle, middleware like BizTalk server
