Position Summary:
Customer Support Specialist provides our customers with day-to-day workstation support for incidents escalated from APSSC Dalian Service Desk and other IO teams.
Qualifications:
· More than 2 years of IT support experiences
· Experiences in work co-ordination for other members
· Experiences in coaching of team members
· Expertise in specific services or products provided to customers
Criteria:
· English proficiency and/or technical expertise to be able to represent Japan LTS for global projects
· Native Japanese is preffered.
· Team lead experiences in other companies
Required Knowledge/Skills
· Sufficient knowledge of PC H/WandS/W and our tools required to handle desk-side support incidents
· Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
· Good customer communication skills
· Nice to have: Microsoft Certificates
