  Job Description
Job Descriptions:

This position requires an individual with a broad range of project management related skills and be able to track, monitor and direct a cross functional team to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and to the organization / client expectations. Provide direct client interface and ensure service excellence delivery.

* Under minimal direction, leads project monitoring and reporting activities for small to large projects.
* Monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
* Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.
* Monitors project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
* Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
* Maintains awareness on emerging technologies and Project Management techniques.
* Undertakes PMO meetings among project team members and clients to review scope/progress and resolve project issues.
* Coaches and advises team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
* Other duties as assigned by the supervising manager.

Key Tasks include

* Ensure all program and project managers are :
Managing projects effectively and following standard processes.
Reporting issues and risks on a regular basis.
* Manage Account's Actions, Issues and Risks (AIR) ;
Capture and maintain a log of AIR and update team.
Follow up with AIR owners to ensure timely resolution.
* Capture, analyze and report performance metrics ;
Ensure client reporting is delivered in a timely manner.
Ensure all contract deliverables are completed on schedule.
Facilitate communication between Account, ITO and ASFO.

Job Requirements:

* Degree Holder in Computer Science or its equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years work experience in the information technology service industry with at least 5 years of substantial project management exposure.
* Work experience in information technology services vendor organization is advantage.
* Substantial knowledge and application experience with standard project management methodology.
* Strong competency and experience in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams and the responsible team leaders.
* Strong negotiation skills.

Core Competencies

Strong leadership and experience on managing complex projects involving a myriad of stakeholders and infrastructure components.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to communicate at all levels on technical and non-technical matters.
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must.
* Project Lifecycle/Management Experience.
* Must be motivated and proactive with a strong customer and team focus.
* Customer service experience.
* Professional and confident manner.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
* Ability to perform well without direct management supervision.
* MS Office and shrink-wrap applications.

Special Requirements

* Related industry certification is an added advantage, i.e. PMP
