Job Description:
* Provide general support to Programme Management Office (PMO) for Client Account. (banking)
* Maintain PMO records on projects, particularly small projects.
* Ensure necessary approvals have been obtained before work starts on projects.
* Ensure relevant teams are notified when projects are approved.
* Create and maintain WBSE codes for approved projects, and ensure relevant teams are notified File Project Milestone and Project Closure signoffs, and follow-up with project managers/co-ordinators when overdue.
* Ensure Project Status Reports submitted by Project Managers are submitted on-time to agreed quality.
* Assist with preparing material for meetings and recording minutes of meetings.
* Help prepare reports produced by PMO (for client and other company departments).
* Highlight project-related issues and concerns to PMO management.
* Help answer ad-hoc project-related queries from other teams, e.g. project status, approval status, WBSE codes etc.
Job Requirement:
* Good English communication skills (written,listening and spoken).
* 2 - 3 years work experience.
* Knowledge of Project Lifecycle / Project Management is essential.
* Any relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
* Good telephone handling skills.
* Ability to communicate at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
* Exudes professionalism and confidence.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Ability to perform without direct management supervision.
* Knowledge of standard MS Office skills - all applications.
