Job Descriptions:
* Provide IT application support and operation functions
* Coordinate activities of cross functional teams within IT and the business to isolate
* Assist in change deployment and post implementation testing efforts
* Manage, resolve, document issues and events related to system and environment availability. Monitor and measure performance characteristics of systems.
* Perform routine maintenance functions.
* Communicate with all stakeholders (customers, developers, end users, etc.) to address system issues.
* Responsible for integrated and moderately complex systems.
Job Requirements:
* At least 4 years of professional experience OR equivalent education/experience.
* BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
* Applies a comprehensive knowledge of application programming and technology skills to analyze, isolate and resolve issues.
* Applies knowledge to analyze and develop solutions to highly complex problems. Good understanding of key business drivers and ability to communicate and translate those needs to technical solutions.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Familiar with different technologies including SQL, Databases, IIS, .Net and Windows Server operating system.
* Ability to effectively communicate business issues to the appropriate level.
