Job Description:
* Assist in implementation of IT projects and enhancements
* Manage, coordinate and liaise with customers and vendors to understand business, application and system requirements
* Assist in preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications
* Perform coding and unit testing.
* Conduct system and integration testing and support user acceptance testing, preparation for implementation
* Provide production support and resolve issues
* Develop applications in accordance with System Development Lifecycle.
* Supporting BNM systems i.e. ITEPS, FAST, BIDS, ePintas, FINS CCRIS, ACCPAC and HRIS Systems
Job Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience in end user support environment
* Diploma or Degree in IT or other related fields
* Preferably with 1 year working experience in similar capacity
* Knowledge of VB, VB .NET, MS Access and SQL programming
* Working experience in Project Management will be an added advantage
* Good understanding of SDLC process
* Sound analytical and problem solving skills
* Good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
