  Job Description
Job Descriptions:

* Answer calls within stated time guidelines
* Analyse and interpret client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue.
* Provide accurate and creative solutions to client problems meeting all pre defined quality measurements
* Escalate calls within stated guidelines.
* Provide information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries
* Receive and record client inquiries and processes paperwork/systems relevant to client queries
* Liaise internally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved Answers calls within stated time guidelines.
* Knowledge of Windows 2000, XP professional (Operating System, User Administration and Remote Desktop), MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience in supporting Lotus Notes Email
* To attend with full initiative, alertness, recognizing to the needs of customers, and to assist them through TELEPHONE / E-MAIL / REMOTE ACCESS support on software, hardware and system issues.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Candidate must have minimum 1 year previous experience from working in an IT Helpdesk
* Applicants must be willing to work at KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and on shift (depending on country / region supported.
* Candidates should have knowledge in Lotus Notes/Windows/MS Office.
* Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
* Compulsory to be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin since supporting Taiwan. Exposure to Taiwanese culture / dialect is advantageous.
