Job Descriptions:
* To manage network client maintenance contract database and alert sales team on renewal.
* To co-ordinate day-to-day network team operations.
* Help out project team in co-ordinating project delivery and project documentation
* Maintaining and enhance in-house Cisco Call Escalation System (Microsoft CRM).
* Monitor and generate weekly and monthly SLA reports on network support.
* Laise closely with consultant and customer to ensure the tasks assigned could be completed on time.
* Assist the network engineers and directors in their daily work regarding the ongoing projects, correspondence and office management.
* Undertake special assignments or duties which may specified by CS director.
Job Requirements:
* Required language(s): English and Chinese
* Must have some basic knowledge of networking as well as coordinating skills.
* Must have the positive can-do attitude and possess the fundamental desire to perform above norm in order to contribute and in turn, gain as much knowledge and experience from this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
