The candidate will be responsible for :-
• Organize and schedule meetings and workshops
• Book venues for meetings and workshops
• Organize travel, accommodation and car hire bookings
• Keep meeting minutes and distribute minutes
• Organize diaries
• Assist with the compilation of presentations on PowerPoint
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Assist with project administration
• Assist with BPM software licensing and user documentation
• Scheduling of administration tasks and activities to meet specific project goals and objectives
• Capturing of project plans, schedules, including updating of current plans
• Consolidating of project progress reports (weekly, monthly)
• Capturing of Retail processes in repository using appropriate capturing tools.
• Assisting business users with as first contact for BPM requirements and support.
• Administration of the Retail domain in the business process repository (creation of folders, access rights management)

4 – 5 years experience in the administration, secretarial of personal environments
Must have worked on complex large projects and sub-projects
Must had exposure to the following area of project administration: Cost, Quality, Risk, Time Management
PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project
Good communication skills and a very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
