Duties :-
• Plan compile and execute test procedures for DataVoice products and maintain results
• Responsible for managing test lab equipment configuration and technical maintenance processes
• Assist junior testers with diagnostics, problem solving, task planning and control
• Specify and/or develop test programs and scripts and/ or design test devices/ jigs
T3 or equivalent diploma/ degree with computer/ electronic/ programming subjects or relevant experience
Experienced tester familiar with system testing in a distributed environment
Current MCP or Cisco certification will be an advantage
Experience :-
• At least 3 years experience in testing of distributed software applications
Skills : -
• Able to install, configure and operate networked software applications in MS operating environments
• Diagnostic/ troubleshooting capabilities for distributed environment/ database applications
• Skilled in use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of CTI environment, Mercury test tools, script writing or programming will be an advantage
